HvS Dredging Support BV is proud to inform you that we ordered a new unique Multi Purpose DP-1 Support Vessel, which will be named “Zwerver III”.
The vessel will be in service in November 2011.
This vessel is designed by ourselves and further developed in close cooperation with us through “Scheepswerf Gebr. Kooiman BV”.
It is a vessel which enters a new class of “Support Vessels”, which makes her able to compete with larger AHTS/Supply-/Support vessels in the market.

At the end of June 2010, HVSDS completed the contract with Van Oord Offshore & Marine contractors in Fujairah (UAE).
After this completion, the “Zwerver I” sailed direct to The Sultanate of Oman. There we started a contract with “SAAF JV” (Saipem s.a. – AFCONS) for a duration of approx. 6 months.
The scope of work for the “Zwerver I” on this project is towing/pushing of barges, assisting several jack-ups and transfer of materials and fuel/fresh water.

| February 2010 |
HvSDS wins contract with Van Oord Offshore Marine contractors.
The “Zwerver I” left Saudi Arabia immediately after finishing of the project for Fujairah in the United Arabic Emirates.
The scope of work for the “Zwerver I” will be assisting the pipe pull barge “Manta”, stonedumping vessel “Jan Steen” and workbarge “Swiber” with pulling and installing of 3 SPM buoys offshore Fujairah.

The “Zwerver I” has started a contract on behalf of Boskalis Westminster Middle East in Saudi Arabia, for a period of 5 to 6 months.
The project is positioned in the “Safaniyah oilfield”, which belongs to ARAMCO.
The project mainly consists of trench dredging which will be carried out by 2 backhoe dredgers and 1 cutter suction dredger. The area is very shallow with waterdepths of 2 to 4 m. Our “Zwerver I” assists in towing of barges , anchorhandling and transfer of materials/fuel/fresh water.
After the dredging part of this project, we have to assist the Saipem pipelay barge “Castoro II” with running anchors and material/pipe-barge assistance during the first 2 pipelays of total 18 km.

| 24th February 2009 |
After a planned dry-docking in Colombo (Sri Lanka), the “Zwerver I” sailed to Pipavav to start working for the dredging company “Boskalis-Zinkcon Marine”. The “Zwerver I” will assist here the “CSD Cyrus”. |

The “Zwerver I” has finished her contract with “Allseas Marine Contractors” in India. The duration of this contract was 19 months. The “Zwerver I” was assisting/supporting all the pipe-lay vessels of “Allseas” on this project. Main priority was anchor-handling and towage/assistance of pipe-supply barges offshore in the “Dhirubhai Gas field”. The “Zwerver I” demobilized from Kakinada to Colombo (Sri Lanka). |

| 15th May 2008 |
| The “Zwerver I” is still under charter of “Allseas Marine Engineering” in India. Her daily operations are assisting of pipe carriers/barges, anchorhandling and supplying of materials to all the pipe-laying vessels in the field. She will be in India until at least the end of August 2008. |

| 15th September 2007 |
| After the completion of the landfall projects in Egypt and Israel with the pipe laybarge “TOG MOR”, the “Zwerver I” left Egypt for Kakinada at the E-coast of India. In the beginning of October, vessel arrived and started working offshore Kakinada with the “TOG MOR”. |

| 25th June 2007 |
HvS Dredging Support B.V. won a contract with the offshore company Allseas Marine Contractors. Our broker for this contract is Seacontractors B.V.
The contract consists of three different projects, 1 landfall in Egypt, 1 landfall in Israël and 1 large pipe laying project in India. The complete contract will be carried out through our latest addition to our fleet “Zwerver I”.
The main job of the “Zwerver I” is assisting the pipe laybarge “TOG MOR” with anchorhandling (7 and 10 T Delta Flipper anchors), mooring of pipecarrier-barges, supply of goods/materials etc. |

The “Zwerver I” has finished her first project in Ravenna for Van Oord/DravoSa. The beach nourishment took about 2,5 months. Main job was assisting TSHD “HAM 316” and movements/connecting of several sinker lines and floating lines. |

The “Zwerver II” started again on the second new port construction in the North of Morocco near Tanger. The “Zwerver II” was also chartered for the first new port construction, the building of the container port “New port of Tanger Med”. The main contractor on this project is the same consortium S.R.P.T.M., where the marine construction company Saipem S.A. is a part of. |

The “Zwerver II” was involved in a pipelaying project near Sfax in Tunesia. The contractor was Subocean Ltd. Our broker at this project was DSB Offshore Ltd. The main job was to assist with the pulling of the “Gas export line” from the shore to the Island of Kerkennah. The waterdepths where varying between 1,5 and 3,0 mtr, mainly very shallow. |

The “Zwerver III” has been sold to Monaco Remorquages Maritime from Monaco. |
| 25th March 2007 |
The “Zwerver I” started working in Rimini (Italy) for A.R.E.N.A s.c.a.r.l (Dravo SA). She will support here the TSHD “HAM 316” with a beach nourishment project over a coast length of approx. 60 Km.
Her powerful deck equipment was directly used and functioned very well with the connection of two separate sinker lines with a Ø900 mm. It is normal practice to connect these pipelines with two multicat type vessels, but with its powerful deck cranes and winches the “Zwerver I” can deal with this operation without additional assistance. |

The “Zwerver I” was baptized and commissioned at Harlingen. Mrs. Andrea de Haan-van Stee baptized the vessel. The vessel left on 8th March Harlingen with destination Rimini (Italy). |

The “Zwerver I” which is under construction at Shipyard Kooiman at Zwijndrecht was transported from the building hall to the slipway. On the slipway all deck equipment was installed and vessel was launched at 10th February. |

The “Zwerver II” left Rotterdam for Tunesia. |

The “Zwerver II” finished the beach nourishment project at Bournemouth/Poole (U.K.). She took the floating line on tow for Rotterdam. |

| The “Zwerver II” started the beach nourishment project at Bournemouth/Poole (U.K.) for Westminster Dredging Company. She had to support the TSHD “Oranje” with connecting of the floating line, movement of the sinkerline, crewchanges etc. |

The “Zwerver II” has finished the project in Angola for Saipem s.a./Petromar. The “Zwerver II” was involved with the movement of the “ROSA BHOR” riser pipe (Length 1.500 m, Ø ±4000 mm) from Soyo through a lagoon near the Congo River to definitive position at sea. She was also assisting a CSD which was dredging in the lagoon.

| After the completion of the project in Morocco, the
"Zwerver II" left for Angola. She is in Angola
under charter with Saipem s.a./Petromar. |

| The contract of the "Realization of the new port
of Tanger Mediterranean" in Morocco has been successfully
finished at the 31st July 2006. The "Zwerver II"
was in charter with the consortium S.R.P.T.M.(Saipem
s.a.) for two years. The vessel was responsible for
all the main supplies, anchor-handling/supports of pontoons,
stone barge-handling and towage/positioning of caissons
on this project. |

| In January 2006, HvS Dredging Support B.V. has signed
the contract with Shipyard Kooiman in Zwijndrecht for
the building of a "Multi purpose support vessel".
This vessel will be called "Zwerver I". The
"Zwerver I" will be larger than the "Zwerver
II" (2003), and will be equipped with the most
powerful deck equipment ever installed on a kind of
vessel like this. She will be in service in January

May 2004 |
| HvS Dredging Support B.V. has won a contract with the
multicat "Zwerver II" in Morocco for the realisation
of the new port of Tanger Mediterranean. This will be
the first container port in the north of Morocco. The
position of the port is in the straight of Gibraltar almost
opposite of Gibraltar/Bay of Algeciras.
The consortium S.R.P.T.M. was awarded to complete this
port. The consortium consists of companies as Saipem
s.a., and bouygues France.

The job consists of the support and supply of several
pontoons, positioning and placement of caissons for
the breakwater, transport of stone barges and anchorhandling.
The consortium has chosen our multicat "Zwerver
II" for this project because of her great performance
in manoeuvring, very well towing/pushing capacities,
powerful bollard pull and her easy anchorhandling capabilities
especially in strong currents and winds (Str. Of Gibraltar).
For the transport of goods/materials a large deck area
was also recommended. |

HvS Dredging Support B.V. recently won
the contract for the beach replenishment job at the Dutch
Coast near Ter Heijde For The Royal Boskalis Group. The
job consists of assisting
and supplying of the TSHD “Prins der Nederlanden”.
The job is planned for approximately 4 weeks. |

As you probably know, we do have a fleet with multi-functional
dredging support vessels, which are in- or for charter
with the dredging- or marine construction companies.
The “Zwerver I” and “III” are
already wellknown in these industries. For the this year
we have great news.In June 2003 our fleet is expanded
by a new unique ship, type Damen Multicat® 2611, designed
by ourselves and equipped with the latest novelties which
